We have been learning the folk song 'Bill Grogan's Goat'. Here is another version you can sing with your child.

Here is a song we have been working on in class this week. It is an American folk song and is used as a simple song in our classroom. These songs have a limited range and are short and easy to remember. This enables children to have a successful attempt at early solo singing.

We haven't had enough time in class to try out this game. Try playing it at home as a fun twist on hide and seek.

Here is a recording of a piece we have been working with in music class. Eine Kleine Nachtmusik K525 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

As a class we use different body percussion to practice a steady beat within a song that stays at 120-136 beats per minute.

Hello,  Geneva Kindergarten and families! I hope you are looking forward to music class this year as much as I am. Parents are always welcome to join us in music class. Please let me know if you are interested in coming to a class with your child.
